SHIPPING FEES & POLICY

Shipping fees calculated on our web site are approximate or may only be an estimate based on information provided by UPS, USPS, and DHL of your preferred carrier. Actual Shipping and handling fees are provided towards the end of the ordering process before making the payment.

Benson Guam ENT. cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of orders have incorrect shipping fees. Rest assured, however, that we verify these fees as part of our shipping procedures.

If an order's correct shipping fee is lower than the calculated fee, we charge the lower amount and ship you the order. If an order's correct shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Back ordered items shipped separately will be shipped based on the original requested ship method and charged a separate shipping fee. Benson Guam ENT. representative will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your back order.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Processing

Orders are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Benson Guam ENT reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Benson Guam ENT will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

PAYMENT / ONLINE & STORE WARRANTY

ALL ITEMS, Products, or any Inventories Sold, Purchased, and Provided by Benson Guam ENT. via Website / Online Store and Physical Store located in Guam U.S.A. are ALL MANUFACTURES Warranty Only. And shall be corresponded with the Receipt or Any Proof of Purchased.

ALL-SALES are Final. Generators, Tools-Rechargeable batteries, and non-rechargeable batteries for sale come with a manufacturer's warranty only and not a store warranty. Therefore, any warranty-related matters must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Customers are required to send their items to the manufacturer for warranty service, and not to our store.

Benson Guam ENT. will be more than happy to provide assistance in directing the Customer to the Manufacturer's steps and procedure on how to claim the Manufactures's Warranty.

The Manufacturers resolution towards the Warranty Claim does NOT Reflect nor Represent Benson Guam ENT.

All settlements provided towards the Customer by the Manufacturer are conjoint between the customer and manufacturer ONLY and NO any involvement, participation, or liabilities of Benson Guam ENT. towards the buyer or to the customer.
