Orders are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Benson Guam ENT reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Benson Guam ENT will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice, due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.

Items that are Back-Order or Special Order as to where the maker and specific model provided by the Customers are all SALES FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE or NON-SUBSTITUTABLE such as store credit etc. due to items that are Back Order and Special Order are considered limited and non-regular store stock-item

Shipping fees calculated on our web site are approximate or may only be an estimate based on information provided by UPS, USPS, and DHL of your preferred carrier. Actual Shipping and handling fees are provided towards the end of the ordering process before making the payment. Benson Guam ENT. cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of orders have incorrect shipping fees. Rest assured, however, that we verify these fees as part of our shipping procedures. If an order's correct shipping fee is lower than the calculated fee, we charge the lower amount and ship you the order. If an order's correct shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Back ordered items shipped separately will be shipped based on the original requested ship method and charged a separate shipping fee. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When online orders or purchases has been placed and successfully processed, Benson Guam ENT. Will provide tracking number provided by the shipping carrier of your choice or preferred carrier.
